it's almost Christmas,  / MOM

it's almost Christmas, and I was thinkin about you and wish you

were here. I would buy you the Biggest Present in town and

surprize you with it.......

I really wanted to decorate the tree with you and take you to

dinner and bake cookies with you, like we used to.  we had so

much fun fixing up all the christmas cookies and eating them !!

Happy Thanksgiving  / Karen

Thanksgiving is for spending time with family, cooking, eating,

playing games together or watching football, or maybe even

the Parade. We would get up and watch the parade and eat the

Biggest  Cinamin Rolls we could find

  As a family we did all of this and now Brianna is gone.  

How sad it is that she is not here to enjoy all the good

things that happen on Thanksgiving --- 

I guess where greatfull to have memories !!

This weekend is a hard weekend for me  / MOM Missing My Lil Angel

This weekend is really hard on me and my family this is the weekend

when the accident happened and its hard to write this without

crying we miss you sooooooooo much. cant believe its been this

long since it happened.   I still cant get a grip on it !!!

we miss your smile and your big blue eyes and hearing your laughter

around the house and when you were talking to your friends.

we miss eating dinner with you and waking you up in the morining

to go to school.  we miss going out to the Mall with you and to the

beach the movies lunch dinner going to the park and on all of

our fun vacations we did a lot together and I miss having my

daughter by my side to talk to and to Hugg and Hold.

There will never be a Daughter like you Brianna we miss you sooo

much..    I know your watching over us !!!

I remember the day your daughter passed and it always stuck with me.  I drove by the next day and say such an outpore of support and knew that somebody REALLY special had left us.

 

My son was 7 at the time and I brought him with me to leave flowers and to show him what drinking and driving does to people.  Not only to the victims but to the mommy's that go thru that too.

 

Tonight I was driving home and I noticed there were candles lit.  I thought it must be the mom that is always there leaving new flowers and lighting candles.  I have been researching this accident to see what happened to the idiot that did this for one but mostly just out of curiosity as to whom is always visiting this spot and keeping the candle burning.

 

After learning it was you I realized more than I did before what a mom goes thru in times like these.  So that said I wanted to say that you are such a dedicated mom and I know your daughter is looking down and smiling knowing she has such a dedicated loving mother.

 

I hope your days get a little easier to go thru and I'm not sure how a mom ever learns how to deal with the loss of a child but watching your dedication over the years as I drive by the site and see that you are always there for her I smile because it's comforting to know that she was and is obviously very loved:)

 

I pray that your heart heals and that you are comforted~She was a beautiful girl and looks very loved and happy in her pics:)

Birthday's are always hard  / Mom

Brianna would have been 20 This coming sunday.. Nov 1st

Having her gone on her  Birthday is always the hardest

she has missed out on her whole little life so far and we

miss seeing her talking to her and being with her we think

about her all the time.

 we cant celebrate her birthday with her  and that makes

us all cry.....

we have to go to the cemetary and put flowers on her

grave site.... still cant believe we have to do this it just

breaks our hearts every year......
